To register for Home Economics, you must be a Frederick County or Winchester City resident, and you may only enter one (1) item in each class. To register Poultry and/or Rabbits you must be a Frederick
County, Clarke County, or Winchester City resident. For Livestock, including poultry and rabbits, you may only enter two (2) per class.
To pre-register Online: Scroll down to find the registration form and click “start”. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will be sent later; closer to the fair, with other
important. Please print the second email and the attachment. Doing so will help you fill out the exhibit tags. Online registration ends at 8:00 p.m. on the Saturday immediately prior to the fair.
During exhibit check in times the exhibitors will need to fill out exhibit tags for each exhibit at the Pavilion. Then proceed to the FFA building and at the Department Chairperson's direction display their
exhibit. The Registration desk will also be open to make additions or corrections during these times. See check in dates and times below.

class. If you do not know which class, you will need to seek the help of the Department Chairperson within the FFA building. Make a copy for yourself and bring the completed form to the Registration Desk. You will receive an Exhibitor number. Next the exhibitors will need to fill out exhibit tags for each exhibit at the Pavilion. Then proceed to the FFA building and at the Department Chairperson's direction display their exhibit.
The FFA building WILL close promptly at 12:00 pm fair Monday.
If the Department Chairperson feels an exhibit belongs in a different event, it is the exhibitor’s
responsibility to notify the Registration Desk of the change before judging begins.

*Monday July 27, 2026, from 9:00-11:30 am.
All exhibits must remain in place until the following Sunday. Pick up time is Sunday from 2-4pm. Remember it's free to enter your exhibits!
